(NTV, Kearney) -- Nebraska.TV reports that many farmers in Nebraska are concerned about "a proposed rewrite from the Department of Labor prohibiting teens under 16 from performing farm duties." According to the story, some of those restrictions would prohibit younger workers from stacking bales of hay more than six feet, caring for livestock, and operating almost all power equipment.
